AsteriskNOW 1.0.2 Available!!
Submitted by j4m3s on 21 March 2008 - 2:03pm.

News:

Minor updates and tweaks are available in this release. We're still working out some of the GUI defaults to work with various configurations. Please bear with us :/ If you encounter something that doesn't look right, please report it in the AsteriskNOW section of the forums here. Thanks for your continued support!!

Known Issues :(

The current ISO for 32bit contains anaconda-templates for x86_64, this is bad. However, a new ISO is currently being uploaded 1.0.2.1 for 32bit. There's no difference between this and the previous version, other than the anaconda-templates for installation are for x86. Sorry....

First, thanks to all on the forums and bug tracker who've provided feedback (good and bad :) ) on this project. It has come a long way, and hopefully will grow indefinitely as the Asterisk software appliance.

...and the man finally stifles me, I think I should just let you all know there's an AsteriskNOW Release on asterisknow.digium.com@*now:1. So if you have an existing install of AsteriskNOW BetaX then you can update to this release by using the following commands:

1. Update conary:
# conary update conary

2. Update distro-release, this should install /etc/conary/config.d/conaryrc.AsteriskNOW which will have config options for seeing the Digium conary mirror
# conary update distro-release

3. Verify you have the correct configuration options
# conary config | grep -e 'repositoryMap'
